At Created Piece By Peace, each order is prepared specifically for you. We take the time to confirm the important details of your order before it is finalized, including items such as design, size, color, personalization, quantity, pricing, and other applicable order details.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Before your order is finalized, you are responsible for reviewing and confirming that all information provided is correct. Once the order details have been approved and payment has been made, production may begin and changes cannot be guaranteed.

If Created Piece By Peace makes an error with your completed order or you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Please note that incorrect sizes, colors, designs, personalization, shipping information, or other details that were selected or approved by the customer are not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and approved your order details and agree to our All Sales Final policy.
